Pic2go Ltd. ('Pic2go') is committed to clearly communicating our privacy policy to consumers who use our website at http://pic2go.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, applications or widgets offered by Pic2go (collectively with the Site, the "Service"). The purpose of this statement is to inform our visitors of the kind of information we may gather, and how we may use that information. By using our Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time for any reason.

Businesses

Pic2go Service is typically used business, event owners and photographers ("Businesses") in order to upload content and photos of customers, visitors and attendees ("Business Submissions"). These Businesses may also use our Service in order to collect data of consumers and on-site visitors. Pic2go does not control the Privacy Policy of any of those Businesses.

Permission Based Photography

Pic2go encourages permission-based photography. Some Businesses notify consumers that by participating in activities. At the web sites of both Pic2go and the Businesses, you may have the opportunity to request additional information, communicate with other sponsors, opt-in to further marketing offers, or link to the sites of other advertisers. Each one of the Businesses and advertisers may have a separate Privacy Policy. Please carefully review the Privacy Policy of other participating firms, to insure that you are fully aware of how they might handle your information.

Providing Information:

When you use Pic2go's Service in order to receive and share your photos, we might collect some of your basic information (this might include your name, your profile picture at social media websites like Facebook, the number of your friends in social media websites like Facebook, your gender or your email). Collecting this information will be based only on your explicit permission (i.e. – permission you explicitly grant our applications) and your privacy setting in your account at social media websites like Facebook.

Policy Concerning Children Under the Age of Thirteen

Business using Pic2go's Service may take photos of participants of any age, but, in compliance with existing and proposed laws, we do not desire to collect any personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If you are aware of any information provided by a child under the age of thirteen, please send an email to contact@pic2go.com.

Privacy of your Photos

Businesses that use our Service will usually upload your photos to our system database. Your photos will only be accessible by typing the pictures info through our Site (or our widgets at other websites). Your pictures info will usually consist of a pictures code you have received at the Business (and sometimes more info like the photography date). Only people who received the picture info are permitted to access their photos through our Service. By using our Service you will be able to share your photos in your personal social-media account (e.g. – Facebook account) through an automatically generated photo-album. The photo-album is not generated at the Business social-media account (e.g. – Facebook Fan Page). In this way your privacy is protected by our Service – only you decide if you want receive (and share) your photos, and it happens only in your personal account. In some cases, Businesses Partners may invite you to participate in Photo Galleries that are accessible to the general public. If you choose to participate, in most cases your photo is forwarded to the gallery and is made available for public viewing. Galleries may offer ways to alter those posted photos and ways to and forward those photos to other viewers. As these galleries are often maintained outside of the Pic2go system, Pic2go may have no control over photo viewing or removal of photos from such Photo Galleries. Pic2go does not warrant that you are protected from irresponsible, or intentional actions of Businesses or third parties.

Photo Content

Pic2go does not condone or knowingly allow the capture and forwarding of obscene, vulgar, pornographic or offensive photos. In some cases, our photos are captured in an completely automated or semi-automated fashion. Photo content may or may not be reviewed by our staff as it passes through our system. Thus, while Pic2go will remove any known offensive material, we make no warranty, express or implied regarding the content of captured photographs or the appropriateness or inappropriateness for any particular purpose. By using our Service, you relieve Pic2go and any of its Businesses, clients, Marketing Partners or affiliates of any liability or harm that may be caused by the posting of any and all pictures in your social media (e.g. – Facebook) account profile.

Use of your Photograph

Your photo may be shared with the Businesses who hired us to provide services. In exchange for receiving a free photo, you grant both Pic2go and the Businesses the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request in writing that we not use your photo in this manner by sending a request via email to contact@pic2go.com with the text REMOVE MY PHOTOS in the subject line.

Cookies

Pic2go may set and access Pic2go "cookies" on your computer. These cookies collect data while you are accessing hosted web pages. Examples of collected data are how and when pages are visited, by how many people, other sites they click through to and what their personal preferences are. Businesses that display ads on trough our Service may also use cookies. Businesses and advertisers use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies.
